How to log in

To put books on hold for yourself, renew your checked out books, or read the ebooks, you need to log in to your library account:

 >*NEW*<

  • Go to the library catalog

  • Click on Central Middle School

  • Click "Sign in with Google"

The old way if you prefer:

  • Go to the library catalog

  • Click on Central Middle School

  • Click "Log In" on the top right

  • Click "Forgot Password"

  • Your username and barcode are your Aspen ID

  • Create your password

SORA ebooks need you to use your google account and will prompt you to do so once you choose "Quincy Public Schools"

Getting a book

The joy of it being free is that if you don't like it - you can return it. Tell me what you didn't like and I can help you find another. There is no such thing as someone who doesn't like a story, you just haven't found the right one yet. You love the book but read slowly? No problem, there are no late fees. Have a book from another school that you never returned? No problem, bring it in I'll send it over there. 

As well as supporting what you are doing in school, my goal is to get you something that you can sit down with and enjoy. If you are an avid reader my goal is to keep your reading monster fed. 

This is how you get books from the library:

  • Come in and look for one at SSB or before/after school

OR

  • Log in to your account
  • Find what you want 
  • Click on that title then click "hold it"
  • Mrs Mastico will get the book and put it on the hold shelf for you
  • stop by before or after school, or at SSB to get it
