Transportation
Quincy Public Schools does not offer dedicated school transportation services at the middle school level. Central Middle School families have the option of allowing or encouraging students to walk to school, transporting students to and from school, or making use of the MBTA’s public transportation services. The MBTA 210 and MBTA 217 buses stop near Central Middle School at Hancock Street opposite St. Ann's Road.
QPS middle school students are eligible for student MBTA passes (Charlie Cards), which may be obtained through the school office (before school, after school, or during SSB). The cards are rechargeable; you put your own money on them. We do not sell monthly passes.
MBTA routes and schedules are available on the MBTA website.
